If your product has not yet been shipped then you can receive a full refund minus processing fees.

If your product has been shipped and arrives broken then contact me for a replacement or refund of the device price minus processing fees.

If your product doesn't work as intended or otherwise is unfunctional within 30 days of receiving it; contact me for a replacement or refund of the device price minus processing fees.
